The current processing time can be viewed on the checkout page. Order processing time varies depending on the time of year when your order is placed. Dutch & Deckle will do our best to ship all orders within the given time frame, but do not guarantee this date. Each item is completely customized and is not printed until an order has been placed.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We are not able to accept returns on custom items. If there is an error or damage on our part, please email us within 3 business days so we can remedy the problem.
We utilize Fedex and the United States Postal Service for delivery of our products in the United States.
Standard Shipping: Continental US transit time is 5-7 business days. Hawaii and Alaska transit time is 10-14 business days.
TRACKING OF PACKAGES
The Estimated Delivery Date on your tracking information is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. We ship from America’s Heartland (Nebraska) please allow the full 8 business days for your package to arrive if standard shipping is selected.
International shipping is currently limited to Canada only.
The recipient of an international shipment could be subject to customs, brokerage fees, import duties, tariffs and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. All these additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over government-imposed charges and cannot foresee what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Contact the local customs office in the country that product was sent for further information.
Do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Most international carriers hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in the delivery country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused or returned to us due to customs/duties/tariffs/taxes or fees.
